Chymoral Forte Tablet contains Trypsin and Chymotrypsin which belong to the class of medications known as oral proteolytic enzymes.
Chymoral Forte Tablet Uses
Many patients have swelling and pain after surgery. To reduce and overcome this pain and swelling post-surgery, doctors usually recommend the Chymoral Forte tablet. Chymoral tablet works as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory drug. It is commonly used to treat swelling and pain caused by blood clots in the tissue. Medicinal Forms
Dosage and Administration
- Generally, the dosage of the Chymoral forte tablet is determined by the severity of the condition.
- However, for adults, doctors recommend taking two tablets. This can be progressively reduced to one tablet which is taken 4 times a day.
- Chymoral forte tablet is generally taken for 10 days before the swelling goes down totally.
- Chymoral forte tablet works best on an empty stomach. Therefore, it is best to take it a few hours before the meal. It is recommended to take it with a glass of water 30 minutes before the meals.
- Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet; instead, swallow it whole along with some water.
- If you miss a dose of Chymoral Forte Tablet, then take the dose as early as possible. But if it is almost the time of the next dose, then skip the previous one and take the next one. And follow the regular dosing schedule.
- Follow the dosing instructions as advised by your doctor.

Its signs and symptoms are pale skin, itching, labored breathing, hives, a weak and rapid pulse, runny nose, nausea, excessive salivation, swollen tongue and lips, dizziness, tingling feet, mouth, hands, or scalp, vomiting, sneezing, etc.

Drug Interactions
