Kenacomb Cream contains Gramicidin, Neomycin, Nystatin, and Triamcinolone which belong to the class of medicines known as antibiotics, antifungals, and corticosteroids, respectively.
Kenacomb Cream Uses
Inflammation and itching on the skin can happen to anyone due to several reasons. However, to treat itching and inflammation of the skin, doctors usually prescribe Kenacomb cream which can relieve itching & inflammation.
Kenacomb cream has Neomycin and Gramicidin which are antibiotics and work by inhibiting the growth of bacteria. Nystatin is an antifungal and functions by stopping or slowing the growth of yeasts or fungi. Finally, triamcinolone is a corticosteroid that helps in reducing skin swelling, redness, and itching.

Medicinal Forms
Dosage and Administration
- Wash and clean your hands before using the cream.
- Apply a thin layer of cream on the affected area of the skin.
- Use the cream 2-3 times a day or as prescribed by your doctor.
- The cream should not be ingested. It is only for topical application.
- If you miss a dose of Kenacomb Cream, then take the dose as early as possible. But if it is almost the time of the next dose, then skip the previous one and take the next one. And follow the regular dosing schedule.
- Follow the dosing instructions as advised by your doctor.

Its signs and symptoms are pale skin, itching, labored breathing, hives, a weak and rapid pulse, runny nose, nausea, excessive salivation, swollen tongue and lips, dizziness, tingling feet, mouth, hands, or scalp, vomiting, sneezing, etc.
It is better to inform your doctor about any allergies you may have.
Drug Interactions
When you take more than two drugs together, they can cause a reaction in the body. Sometimes the reaction is not obvious. But sometimes, it can cause adverse reactions. Therefore, it is better to consult your doctor before taking any other medicines along with Kenacomb Cream.

- Furosemide
- Aminoglycosides
- Ethacrynic acid
- Cisplatin
- Streptomycin

Overdose of Kenacomb Cream
Currently, there are no symptoms of overdose of Kenacomb cream are reported. However, if you accidentally ingest the cream, then consult a physician or doctor as early as possible.
In case of an overdose, it is advised to talk to your doctor immediately.

- Store it at room temperature (20–25°C)
- Keep it away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture
