Arinac Forte is a combination of two medicines Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine HCl, an anti-inflammatory and decongestant.

Dosage and Administration
- Doctors recommend taking a tablet a day or in a divided dosage for adults.
- Moreover, for children over 12 years of age, it is recommended to take 2 tablespoons (30ml) syrup after every 4-6 hours.
- For children aged 6-12 years, it is recommended to take one tablespoon (15ml) of syrup every 4-6 hours.
- You can take the medicine with or without a meal. However, it is preferred to take the medicine after food as it might cause stomach upset when taken on an empty stomach.
- Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet; instead, swallow it whole along with some water.
- If you miss a dose of Arinac Forte, take the dose as early as possible. But if it is almost the time of the next dose, take the previous one and the next one. And follow the regular dosing schedule.
- Follow the dosing instructions as advised by your doctor.
