Arinac Tablet Formula
Arinac tablet is a combination of two medicines Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine HCl, an anti-inflammatory and decongestant.
Arinac Tablet Uses
Cold, flu, and fever can happen to anyone at any time. They can affect your sleep and daily activities. Well, in that case, Arinac tablet can help you lessen the symptoms.
Many doctors prescribe Arinac tablet in cases of fever, cold, flu, nasal congestion, etc. It is a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and works by blocking the effect of certain chemicals that cause pain and inflammation in the body.
Pseudoephedrine an ingredient of Arinac is a decongestant medicine that works by narrowing the blood vessels to treat sinus and nasal congestion which is commonly caused by colds, allergies, or hay fever.

Dosage and Administration
- Doctors recommend taking a tablet after every 4-6 hours a day for adults.
- Moreover, for children over 12 years of age, it is recommended to take 2 tablespoons (30ml) syrup after every 4-6 hours.
- For children aged 6-12 years, it is recommended to take one tablespoon (15ml) of syrup every 4-6 hours.
- The maximum dosage of the Arinac tablet is 6 tablets per day.
- You can take the medicine with or without a meal. However, it is preferred to take the medicine after food as it might cause stomach upset when taken on an empty stomach.
- Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet; instead, swallow it whole along with some water.
- If you miss a dose of Arinac tablet, take the dose as early as possible. But if it is almost the time of the next dose, take the previous one and the next one. And follow the regular dosing schedule.
- Follow the dosing instructions as advised by your doctor.
