Colic Drops contain Simethicone which belongs to the class of medicines known as gastrointestinal agents.

Babies often face excessive gas and discomfort issues due to gas. To treat the symptoms of flatulence in infants, colic drops are used. 

Colic drops have Simethicone which aids in expelling the gas that is trapped inside the stomach and intestine of infants. 

Simethicone takes approximately 30 minutes to show its effectiveness and it works by breaking up the gas bubbles built up in the gut.
