Medicinal Forms
Dosage and Administration
- For adults, doctors recommend applying the cream 2-3 times every day depending on the infection being treated.
- However, for children, doctors may prescribe the use of the cream 2-3 times per day.
- For the Hydrocortisone Cream usage, apply a thin layer of the cream and rub it gently until it absorbs.
- If you miss a dose of Hydrocortisone Cream, then take the dose as early as possible. But if it is almost the time of the next dose, then skip the previous one and take the next one. And follow the regular dosing schedule.

Overdose of Hydrocortisone Cream
